Tag, inspect, log

Every item gets a tag at intake. We read the care label, note any stains or damage, and log it before anything moves to the floor.

Step Two

Sort by fabric, not by bag

Delicates, cottons, and synthetics never share a load. We sort by material and color—so your white linen shirt isn't riding next to a red flannel.

Step Three

Ready-by time, held if you run late

We give you a pickup window at drop-off. If you can't make it, your order holds—no restocking fees, no penalties, no questions.

Can I drop off delicates?

What if I find a problem?

Yes. Tell us at the counter and we note it on your tag. Delicates are hand-sorted and washed on the correct cycle—never lumped into a general load.

Standard wash-and-fold is same day or next day. Dry cleaning and alterations take two to three days. Your exact window is confirmed at drop-off.

We document condition at intake, so there's a record. Any issue is handled directly—call or come in and we sort it out the same day.
